Dr. phil. Imke von Wolffradt ist Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin der Lernmuster GmbH. Nach ihrem Abitur in Irland hat sie von 2001 bis 2004 an der Universität Flensburg zunächst das Lehramtsstudium absolviert (Abschluss: Staatsexamen) und anschließend von 2005 bis 2009 Erziehungswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Psychologie studiert (Abschluss: Diplom). Neben ihrem Studium in Flensburg war sie von 2001–2009 als Lerntherapeutin in der Praxis für Integrative Lern- und Familientherapie von Frau Dr. Susanne Steinert mit dem Schwerpunkt Legasthenie, Dyskalkulie, AD(H)S, Entwicklung von Lernstrategien tätig. Ab 2009 war Frau Dr. von Wolffradt wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin und Promotionsstudentin an der Universität Hamburg im Fachbereich Erziehungswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt Empirische Bildungsforschung – Internationales Bildungsmonitoring und Bildungsberichterstattung; Allgemeine, Interkulturelle und International Vergleichende Erziehungswissenschaft sowie Pädagogische Psychologie. Nach Abschluss ihrer Promotion gründete sie 2013 die Praxis Lernmuster. Parallel hierzu war sie bis 2016 Dozentin an der Hochschule Fresenius, Hamburg, im Bereich Psychologie sowie Dozentin an der Universität im Fachbereich Erziehungswissenschaften, dort in den Bereichen Schulpädagogik sowie Psychologie.
Mittlerweile berät Frau Dr. von Wolffradt deutsche sowie auch die internationalen Schulen und Hochschulen im Bereich Nachteilteilsausgleich. Ebenso ist sie Expertin für bilingual aufwachsende Kinder, die oftmals aus dem Raster der Normierungsstichprobe fallen. So bietet sie seit 2018 auch die Testung in ihrer Praxis aus dem Angelsächsischem Bereich an.

Dr. Imke von Wolffradt is founder and managing director of Lernmuster GmbH. After graduating from high school in Ireland, she first studied to become a teacher at the University of Flensburg from 2001 to 2004 (degree: state examination) and then studied educational science, specialising in psychology, from 2005 to 2009 (degree: Diplom). Besides her studies in Flensburg she worked from 2001-2009 as a learning therapist in the practice for Integrative Learning and Family Therapy of Dr. Susanne Steinert with a focus on dyslexia, dyscalculia, AD(H)S, development of learning strategies. From 2009, Dr. von Wolffradt was a research assistant and doctoral student at the University of Hamburg in the Department of Educational Sciences with a focus on Empirical Educational Research – International Educational Monitoring and Educational Reporting
General, Intercultural and International Comparative Educational Science as well as Educational Psychology. After completing her doctorate, she founded the practice Lernmuster in 2013. At the same time, she was a lecturer in psychology at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, Hamburg, until 2016, and a lecturer in educational science at the University of Hamburg, where she taught school education and psychology.
Dr. von Wolffradt now gives consultation to German as well as International Schools and Universities in the area of compensation for disadvantages. She is also an expert for children growing up bilingually, who often fall outside the standardisation sample. Since 2018, she has also been offering testing in her practice from the Anglo-Saxon area.
